TK Maxx to open in Middlebrook

US department store TK Maxx has agreed a 15-year lease on an 18,500 sq ft unit at Orbit Developments’ Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park in Bolton.
TK Maxx is due to open the flagship store in autumn 2015.
Middlebrook Retail & Leisure Park is occupied by a range of retailers including ASDA, Marks & Spencer, River Island, Next and DFS.
Morgan Williams and Wilkinson Williams are appointed agents on the scheme.
Mark Hanna, retail leasing surveyor at Orbit Developments, said: “We are pleased that Middlebrook continues to attract strong international and domestic brands like TK Maxx. It’s a great addition to the fashion line up which we know will be popular with shoppers on our scheme.”
Middlebrook has one remaining 10,300 sq ft retail unit to let.
Nice to see a decent store on Middlebrook, sell decent quality goods, as oppose to the cheap tat sold there by Dave wheelan and his claptrap store JJB. A welcome edition, a say a welcome edition!
