DTZ pair join Gerald Eve development team
Gerald Eve LLP has added two staff to its development department in Manchester, Bruce Owen and Victoria Critchley arriving from rival DTZ.
Owen joins as a partner and head of development, while Critchley will be an associate in the planning and development team.
The pair join Stuart Vendy, head of planning, and Michael Robinson, national head of building consultancy, both of whom joined the office in August.
Owen has 20 years' experience as both principal and consultant and his clients have included New East Manchester, West Lakes Renaissance and Central Salford urban regeneration companies, the North West Development Agency and Welsh Assembly Government.
Critchley, who joined DTZ as part of the Donaldsons takeover, has advised on Kingsway in Rochdale, Basford strategic regional sites, the Salford West strategic regeneration framework and the West Wythenshaw local plan.
Mike Roocroft, partner and head of Gerald Eve's Manchester office, adds: "It's been a good year for the Manchester office. Our high-profile appointments have significantly extended the range and breadth of services that we are able to offer in the region and we are confident that this will place us in a strong position to deal with the challenges ahead."
