Ask:Goodman bring NHS trust to Central Park

Joint venture partners Ask Developments and Goodman, formerly Akeler, have signed new tenant Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to Madison Place at Central Park in east Manchester.

The NHS Trust has signed up to take the 7,267 sq ft office on a ten-year lease. Madison Place totals 43,700 sq ft in five buildings.

Central Park already houses Fujitsu Services and a large educational facility for the city's three universities, along with MANCAT (The Manchester College of Arts and Technology) and Manchester Science Park.

Leon Guyett, senior development executive at Ask Developments, said: "We're confident we will be welcoming further tenants to Central Park over the course of the summer."

Lambert Smith Hampton and Cushman and Wakefield acted for Ask:Goodman and Drivers Jonas acted for the NHS.
