Bluemantle lets industrial space at Horwich Locomotive Works

Bluemantle has let 5,000 sq ft unit 12 at Horwich Locomotive Works on Chorley New Road in Bolton to Enviroblast UK.
The local shot blasting company has agreed on a five year lease for an undisclosed sum.
Steven Manifold, of Nolan Redshaw, which acted on behalf of Bluemantle, said: "The letting to Enviroblast reflects the ability of the landlords to move quickly and offer flexible terms to the expanding local company. In the current industrial market, flexibility with regard to lease terms is the key."
Further units are available at Horwich Locomotive Industrial Estate, from 3,000 to 56,000 sq ft. Office suites are also available in the refurbished Rivington House ranging from 300 to 3,300 sq ft.
