LSH acquires Tushingham Moore

Lambert Smith Hampton has acquired Manchester-based retail specialist Tushingham Moore, with senior partner David Moore due to become head of LSH in the North West.

Moore will work alongside Abid Jaffry, head of LSH's Manchester office.

Tushingham Moore is headquartered in St Ann's Square in Manchester city centre and is active throughout the UK. The company represents a range of retailers, institutions, developers and private investors and has acted as agent on Manchester schemes including Spinningfields and the Arndale Centre.

Tushingham Moore is made up of around 25 members of staff who will be absorbed into the LSH Manchester team.

The acquisition is the second in as many months following LSH's takeover of ES Group in March. Following the deals, LSH now has more than 140 staff in the North West.

LSH has an office in 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, now added to by ES Group's offices in St Paul's Square Liverpool and Riverside, Manchester. It is understood that the Tushingham Moore team will remain in its St Ann's Square office for the foreseeable future.
