WHR acquires Trafford Park unit

The 19,000 sq ft warehouse was bought on behalf of a private client from Sussex County Council Pension Fund for £960,000.
The new owner will occupy 11,000 sq ft of the unit in Third Avenue. Existing tenant, Euro Car Parts, will stay in the remaining 8,000 sq ft on its existing rent of £5.25/sq ft.
