CBRE adds to building team

CBRE has announced a new appointment to its North West building consultancy team. Following a successful work placement in 2013, Alan Wales joins as a graduate surveyor.
Angela Seddon, senior director, said: "Alan made a real impression during his 2013 work placement and it's great to welcome him back into the North West team. His appointment further demonstrates the level of market activity in this area and our commitment to delivering the best level of service to our clients."
Wales studying at Liverpool John Moores University and is due to graduate in 2015. He will complete his studies whilst working in his new position.
