FMW opens Manchester office

Transport and infrastructure engineering company, FMW Consultancy has opened a base on King Street with Susan Haslam as technical director heading up the office.

Haslam was in FMW's Reading office for one-year before returning to the north west where she had previously worked for SBA.

Haslam has worked in Transport Planning for over 15 years and has extensive experience in transport infrastructure and Transport Assessments. She specialises in providing advice on development and land use matters for residential and food retail development. Since returning to the North West, Haslam has also joined the regional committee for Women in Property.

Haslam said: "Opening this office is a wish come true for me and I am committed to seeing it grow. We are widening the options available for transport planning and flood risk consultancy services in the north west and I am looking forward to addressing the current demands of the industry and building up some positive client relationships."

Richard White, managing director, said: "I am confident about the growth prospects in the North West and trust Susan to expand FMW's services into this region."
