4NW hires DTZ for housing study

Regional leaders forum 4NW has appointed DTZ to research the residential market of the North West, focusing on affordable housing policy and provision.
Depending on its findings, DTZ's report could be followed by a much larger study, 4NW said, on the viability of new residential development across the region.
4NW said: "The [DTZ] thought piece will…contribute to an understanding of how and why the viability of new residential development has changed in the market downturn."
4NW emerged out of the North West Regional Assembly and is headed by council leaders and non-executive private sector members.
