WHR reports 30,000 sq ft deal at Sharston Industrial Estate

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, WHR Property Consultancy has let a 30,000 sq ft warehouse unit at Harper Road on Sharston Industrial Estate, Manchester. A Plant has agreed a 15-year lease at £80,000/year for the single storey unit.
Simon Hampson of WHR Property Consultancy commented: "We are very pleased to have agreed this deal which proves that there is still strong demand for industrial accommodation and that long term leases can be achieved in the current market."
CBRE was the joint letting agent. Lambert Smith Hampton acted on behalf of A Plant.
