Vanarak signs at 20,000 sq ft Warrington warehouse
Distribution company Vanarak has leased a 20,300 sq ft industrial unit at Gawsworth Court, Warrington from landlord Invista.
Having previously been on the market for five years, joint agents CB Richard Ellis and Davies Harrison understandably said they were both delighted with the warehouse letting.
The deal will see the refurbished warehouse, with extensive yard and parking, let on a five-year lease at £4.30/sq ft.
Paul Cook, associate director of the North West industrial agency at CBRE, said: "Vanarak is a hugely successful storage and distribution business in the North West and is bucking the trend by continuing to grow. As a result, its existing premises are no longer big enough for its operations. Having been established in Warrington over 30 years ago it was important for the company to remain in the area."
