Tyre distributor expands in Warrington
Car tyre distributor Stapleton's Tyres has expanded its presence at Chesford Distribution Centre, Warrington, by 8,723 sq ft, bringing its total space occupied to 62,555 sq ft. The latest transaction means that the estate is now fully-let.
Landlord Aberdeen Property Investors, advised by Lambert Smith Hampton, has agreed a new five-year lease at an annual rental of £30,000. Stapleton took two other units in November last year.
Chesford totals 111,154 sq ft on Chesford Grange in the Grange Employment Area of Warrington.
