As a principal planner, Renshaw will work on food and non-food retail projects for clients including Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Aldi and B&Q.
Hunter will work on HOW's growing residential portfolio which includes clients Taylor Wimpey, Bloor Homes, Russell Homes and Bellway.
Gary Halman, partner, said: "We've been able to make two excellent appointments with Steven and Victoria and both are fantastic additions to the team. This year has been very positive with a number of major new clients joining HOW and our retail portfolio in particular experiencing significant growth.
"In the last year alone we have secured approval for 750,000 sq ft of edge-of-town and out-of-town retail space for both food and non-food retailers, landowners and developers. Our new team members will ensure we can continue to focus on our business growth and help us prepare for a busy start to next year."
