Trio of new arrivals leaves one unit at Blackpool estate
Dauvney Developments has announced three deals at Blackpool's Vicarage Lane industrial estate.
Redrose Nursery, a children's play area, has signed a five-year term for a 5,010 sq ft unit; Screwfix, a national hardware trade supplier, has a ten-year lease for two units totalling 7,915 sq ft; and Kitchens 4 Less signed up for two units totalling 3,425 sq ft for 15 years.
The newcomers leave one unit, covering 4,896 sq ft, out of seven at Vicarage Lane, next to Junction 4 of the M55.
Andy Backhouse, senior surveyor at Colliers CRE Manchester, advising the landlord, said: "There has been strong demand from occupiers looking for high quality industrial units with good motorway access. Vicarage Lane offers both of these and I predict that the remaining unit will be snapped up quickly."
Colliers CRE and Robert Pinkus & Co are joint agents at Vicarage Lane.
