TDG asks Legat Owen to sell Warrington shed

Chester-based agents Legat Owen have been instructed by logistics group TDG to sell a 165,000 sq ft distribution facility at Appleton, Warrington.

Legat Owen advised TDG on the sale of another depot in Alltami, Flintshire in summer 2010 to Wirral-based demolition specialist D Morgan.

The Appleton property is near the junction of the M6 and M56 at Lymm.

Offers in the region of £4m subject to contract are being sought for the freehold interest.
