Savills hires PM surveyor

Savills has expanded its property management team with the appointment of Richard Howe, who has joined as a surveyor.

Howe will be based at the firm's Booth Street office in Manchester. He joined from Whittle Jones where he was a lettings and management surveyor, but previously worked at the Northern Trust in Chorley and Ashtenne Industrial Fund in Liverpool.

At Savills, Howe will be working on the management of multi-let industrial and office schemes across the North West.

Matthew Whiteley, director of property management at Savills Manchester, said: "Richard's skills and experience will make him a real asset to our already strong team and the wider property management division."
