Savills hires from Matthews & Goodman

Savills has appointed Robin Grimshaw as associate in its building consultancy team in Manchester.

Grimshaw spent seven years at Matthews & Goodman, where he had a broad commercial remit with a particular focus on technical due diligence and dilapidations. At Savills, he will help to manage and expand the building consultancy services and build the firm's specialist due diligence service.

Grimshaw will be based at Savills' Booth Street office in Manchester. There are 12 people in building consultancy in Manchester.
