Sale confirmed at Watergate Street

The Standard Newspaper Group has taken the freehold of 54 to 56 Watergate Street in Chester for its new headquarters.

The 1,200 sq ft property was sold by Kenneymoore Commercial Property Consultants on behalf of private clients. The Standard Newspaper Group will be taking over the space from retailer Elspeth Mills.

The unit is located in Chester city centre and is only a short distance from the Cross. It is situated close to a number of high street retailers including Phase Eight, Virgin Money, Ann Harvey, Reiss.
