Resolution to speak at Invest North West
The new owners of the Great Northern in Manchester will be among the speakers at a real estate and property finance briefing organised by Place North West and Irwin Mitchell due to be held next month.
Robert Wolstenholme, director of Resolution Property, which bought the large leisure complex in Deansgate from Capital & Regional for £71.1m in October 2013, will tell the story behind the deal and outline the emerging vision for the future of the building. He will be joined by Nick Johnson, ex Urban Splash director, who is advising Resolution Property on the strategy for reviving Great Northern.

Attendees will be able to listen and interact with senior developers, investors and lenders who are active in the market and have recent first-hand experience.
