Rees Straw toast partnership’s first year

Liverpool-based chartered surveyors, Rees Straw, have celebrated their first birthday by reporting a number of new client wins.

Pochin Developments, Prospect GB, Cholmondeley Estates, Bank's Developments, PH Property Holdings and MAG Developments have all retained the company to advise on land and development projects around the region. Rees Straw is also advising Bellway Homes, Riverside Group and McInerney Homes on residential land acquisition.

Prior to setting up Rees Straw, based in The Corn Exchange on Fenwick Street, Will Rees worked in residential land agency at DTZ and Tony Straw was at MAG Developments and, before that, UK Land & Property.
