Proposals tabled for 115,000 sq ft Stockport industrial
Network Space and the local council want to create Cheadle Eco Business Park, a sustainable employment complex off Bird Hall Lane.
A planning application for the 115,000 sq ft project, supported by £4.4m of Stockport’s £13m Town Fund award, has been submitted to the council.
Designed by Aew Architects, the scheme would see three units built on a seven-acre site close to Junction 2 of the M60.
Stockport is targeting a BREEAM ‘outstanding’ or ‘excellent’ certificate for Cheadle Eco Park.
