Promotion at Eric Wright

Eric Wright Facilities Management, a division of the Eric Wright Group, has promoted Mark Milligan to the newly created position of head of technical and professional services.

Milligan, from Lytham in Lancashire, has been employed by the company since joining from Davis Langdon in 2011 and held senior positions including life cycle project manager and surveying services manager.

In his new role, Milligan will manage a team of four technical staff including the energy manager, building services manager, building services assistant and a building surveyor, with further plans for expansion of the team over the next 12 months.

Connal O'Brien, managing director of EWFM, added: "Mark has vast experience within technical services and combined with his sound knowledge of the industry we are confident that he will meet the needs and financial challenges of running a technical division in an extremely competitive market."
