PFA takes space at M&G’s Lincoln
The Professional Footballers Association has relocated its Manchester office from Oxford Court to the 100,000 sq ft city centre building.
The PFA, which was founded in Manchester in 1907, joins Alvarez & Marsall, and flexible workspace provider in M&G’s Lincoln.
It is the first time this century that the PFA has moved its Manchester office. The trade union has signed for space on the 16,000 sq ft fifth floor. The lease length was not disclosed.
M&G and the PFA were contacted for comment.
Designed by Jon Matthews Architects and located off Brazennose Street on the site of the former Brazennose House, The Lincoln is BREEAM Excellent and has extensive occupier amenities, including a large gym in the basement and a roof terrace.
Despite this, it had struggled to get a deal over the line since work completed in the summer of 2021.
Rapidly-expanding flex workspace firm Cubo ended the Lincoln’s two-year wait for an occupier last summer and opened the lettings floodgates.
Shame it’s just a relocation
