Nolan Redshaw to sell Bury pub for development

Enterprise Inns has appointed Nolan Redshaw to sell a former public house with development potential on the outskirts of Bury.

Enterprise Inns pub for saleThe 6,700 sq ft detached property is on Brandlesholme Road, a busy suburban road linking Bury town centre with nearby Ramsbottom.

Steve Manifold of Nolan Redshaw: "This is a prominent site in a busy area of Bury, which would be suitable for a wide range of uses. We are confident that we will achieve a positive result for the client and look forward to building a relationship with Enterprise Inns in the future."
