NHS Trust signs at Liverpool Innovation Park

The Homes & Communities Agency has secured a 9,500 sq ft letting within Liverpool Innovation Park to Liverpool Community Health.
This latest deal follows a series of lettings, most recently the trio of leases agreed with Redbridge Product & Flowers, Jonathan Ford & Co and Hyperion Executive Search.
All of the ground floor areas within the main buildings at Liverpool Innovation Park are now fully occupied.
Liverpool Innovation Park is a 22-acre, 398,000 sq ft business park in Edge Lane.
CBRE is the agent and asset manager.
The HCA is currently on site at the park with a demolition project to create a new car park and access road.
Liverpool Innovation Park provides more than 50,000 sq ft of serviced office accommodation within a parkland setting.
