WNS Assistance moves into Cheadle office

Royal London Asset Management and joint venture partner Property Alliance Group has secured a new tenant at its Hercules Office Park in Cheadle.

WNS Assistance, a provider of motor claims handling services in the UK, has leased the 10,808 sq ft unit F. Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.

Located within Bird Hall Lane business area, Hercules Office Park is close to junction 2 of the M60 motorway.

Alex Russell, from WHR Property Consultants, joint agents for the office park, said: "The letting to WNS Assistance shows that confidence in the quality of the building, the landlord and the transaction will bring deals in this current climate. We see this as a stand out letting for the south Manchester market in 2010 and are sure Hercules will continue to show its strength."

The building offers accommodation from 4,000 sq ft up to 10,000 sq ft. Individual suites provide from 250 sq ft up to 2,500 sq ft. The offices are available either leasehold or freehold through a flexible floor-by-floor agreement, which will accommodate businesses comprising 15 up to 100 employees.

Knight Frank and Berkeley Brown are also joint agents for Hercules Office Park.
