Smith & Sons' next property auction will be held on 3 June 2009 at the Village Hotel in Bromborough.

Forty lots are being offered, mainly in residential investment with a mix of tenures. There are also refurbishment opportunities either for owner occupation, resale or letting.

A standout lot is a detached period property on the corner of Arnside Road and Wellington Road in Oxton, currently two flats, which could create a large family home.

There are a number of refurbishment projects available in Wallasey, New Brighton and Birkenhead and two residential development sites in Oxton and Birkenhead.
