Warner Estate reports 30,000 sq ft of retail deals

Asset manager Warner Estate Holdings has announced a run of 13 new lettings at the Grange and Pyramids shopping centres in Birkenhead.

The new names include Flaming Fajitas, which has opened in The Pyramids on a ten year lease; fashion store, Raw, which opened recently on Borough Pavement, accessories retailer, Hairtrendz, as well as William Hill and Cash Converters, both of which will trade from Princes Pavement. Also arriving are I Love Cards and toyshop Tootsie 2, a new letting and relocation for jeweler, Aura.

Rebecca Young, asset manager for Warner Estate, said: "It is important to maintain a mix of local independents and national chains in the heart of the town centre and with this selection of lettings, which also includes Hawkins Bazaar, Book Clearance, fashion retailer Glance and computer store CEX, we are doing just that."

The Pyramids and Grange Shopping Centre line-up includes existing tenants Marks & Spencer, Republic, River Island, Next, WHSmith, Peacocks and The Body Shop along with 20 cafes, kiosks and restaurants.
