Vantage Point sold to Lothbury for £19.9m

Hardman Estates has sold the 50,000 sq ft Vantage Point building in Spinningfields, Manchester, to Lothbury Property Trust for £19.9m.

Tenants include Allied Irish Bank, international financial recruiter Oliver James Associates, legal recruiter Sacco Mann, private equity funders North Edge Capital LLP and property management firm 25 Moorgate.

Manchester law firm Kuits, led by managing partner Steve Eccleston and commercial property associate Chris Hardy, advised Hardman Estates.

Kuits had previously acted for Hardman Estates, Manchester, in the acquisition, development and letting of the property.

Lothbury Property Trust was advised by Wragge & Co in London.

Simon Wood of B8 Real Estate also advised on the deal.

Will Lewis of OBI Property helped Hardman Estates to let the building.
