Uneek takes Bluemantle shed in Wirral

Uneek Clothing Company has signed a ten-year on a 136,000 sq ft distribution facility owned by Bluemantle on Wirral Business Park, Upton, in one of the biggest deals of the year in the North West.

The park, near Junction 3 of the M53, will become home to Uneek's main distribution facility. Its head office will remain in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Uneek manufactures and supplies clothing for the leisurewear, corporate, promotional and workwear industries.

Phil Morley, associate director in Jones Lang LaSalle's industrial and logistics team in Manchester, advised Uneek. He said: "Uneek Clothing was attracted to Wirral Business Park by the specification and configuration of the available premises. Its relocation will create new jobs in the area and illustrates that Upton remains an established industrial location in the North West."
