Two take offices at Millennium City Park

ATM Solicitors and Emmetts Solicitors have taken a combined 10,570 sq ft at Millennium City Park in Fulwood, Preston.
ATM is relocating from an office in Sale and Emmetts is moving from an office in Longridge after agreeing leases with Barnfield Construction.
Millennium City Park adjoins junction 31a of the M6 motorway. Barnfield carried out alteration and fit-out works to comply with the occupiers' requirements.
Other occupiers at Millennium City Park include Bespoke Healthcare, Suresite and Aztec Chemicals.
King Sturge acted on behalf of Barnfield in the deals. Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
