Two sign to Lowry Outlet Mall
Two new retailers have opened at the mall in Salford Quays, owned by Emerson Group.
Quality homeware store Ponden Home has taken 2,089 sq ft on the first floor.
Classic clothing brand The Edinburgh Woollen Mill opened a 2,340 sq ft store before the Easter bank holiday on the ground floor.
Both stores have created 12 jobs in total.
Robert Hallworth, centre manager, said: "The mixed fashion category in particular is performing very well, in March we saw sales up 30.5% YOY thanks to retailers like Gap Outlet, Marks & Spencer, Whistles, Tessuti and Flannels, and we're confident April will see similar results."
Hallworth added that for the year to date, total sales have increased by 7.4% with like-for-like sales up 4% at the Lowry Outlet Mall.
Details of the rental agreements were not disclosed.
