Two sign to Birch Court
Northern Trust has completed two small lettings deals at its 33,430 sq ft industrial development in Warrington.
With over 18 years' experience in the supply of parts for airport ground support equipment, commercial vehicle and off-highway sectors, Globe Dynamics has moved into Unit 2 totalling 2,230 sq ft on a ten year lease agreement.
GA Mechanical Services has leased 2,230 sq ft Unit 8 on a four year deal. The lettings take Birch Court to more than 60% let.
Simon Walmsley, management surveyor at agent Whittle Jones, acting on behalf of the landlord, said: "Birch Court offers a range of modern workshop/warehouse units to the local and regional operators looking to relocate to the area. We are pleased to have been able to secure the two latest lettings at the estate, which means the estate is now home to ten businesses. With flexible agreements available we are confident further lettings will be announced in the near future."
Birch Court provides 18 individual units housed in three blocks in sizes ranging from 1,100 sq ft up to 2,245 sq ft.
Whittle Jones is managing agent for Northern Trust. Eileen Bilton and BE Group are joint letting agents on Birch Court. Details of the cost of rent were not disclosed.
