Two deals complete at Cable Court

Preston-based consultants Robert Pinkus & Co has reported two deals at Cable Court on Pittman Way in Fulwood.

Mellor Architects, which has branches in Preston and Kendal, has purchased 1,522 sq ft unit 1 from a private landlord for an undisclosed sum.

Elsewhere, Swift Brickwork Contractors signed a two-year lease on a 1,522 sq ft unit. Details of the rental agreement was not disclosed.

Pinkus & Co said one unit remains to let at 8 Cable Court and is available on a three year lease, at a quoting rent of £20,000/year.

Situated on Pittman Way adjacent to the Royal Mail sorting office within the North Preston Employment Area, Cable Court can be accessed from junction 31a and 32 of the M6 motorway.
