Trio of deals at Guinness Road

Hermes Investment Management has secured three new lettings at Guinness Road Trading Estate in Trafford Park, totalling 25,000 sq ft.

The deals will see roofing products supplier Premium Roofing Supplies take a 10,000 sq ft unit, glass manufacturer Anders Glass take 7,800 sq ft and automotive distributor, Imexpart, take 6,500 sq ft.

All three lettings have been agreed on a 10-year lease.

Guinness Road Trading Estate is a multi-let park totalling 235,000 sq ft.

Quoted rent is £5.50/sq ft.

JLL and Williams Sillitoe are joint agents on the scheme.
