Acting on behalf of a private client, Edwards & Co has sold a 62,000 sq ft industrial unit in Trafford Park to Buccleuch Property for £2.5m, at a net initial yield of 8.75%.
The stand-alone unit is fully let to Kerry Logistics. Martin Hamer, investment director of Edwards & Co, said: “This building provides very efficient space, with exceptionally high eaves at 10m, in the very heart of Trafford Park – Kerry Logistics has occupied the building for over 25 years, which is a testament to the location. This sale demonstrates continued demand for well-located industrial assets in strong locations.”
