The new office space marks the growth from interim serviced space in the same building to a permanent base for the firm which arrived in Manchester 18 months ago.
TLT's clients include Barclays, BBC, Boohoo.com, E.ON, Merlin Entertainments, Sainsbury's, and WHSmith.
The firm has built its Manchester team with hires from Irwin Mitchell, DWF, DLA, Hill Dickinson and Pinsent Masons.
Graeme Orchison, partner and head of office, said: "This is a really exciting time for the firm and shows our long-term commitment to building a base in Manchester's thriving financial and professional services sector.
"We are attracting some leading legal talent through our collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to delivering legal services. We are also pleased to support a growing number of corporates across the North West and nationally as they look to develop their business."
TLT said the new office space is designed specifically to support the firm's focus on collaborative, cross-office team working to deliver for clients in its focus sectors. This means open plan seating with break out 'soft-seating pods', video conferencing facilities, project rooms and an adaptable 10-room client suite. The new office will support up to 150 people.
The firm launched its Manchester office in July 2013 as part of a growth strategy to build UK wide advisory, transactional and disputes services for clients in the firm's focus sectors. In addition to Manchester, the firm has added additional space in Bristol and Glasgow, and moved to new office space in Belfast and Edinburgh. The firm also continues to grow its office in London.
Earlier this week, M&G Real Estate said it had bought 3 Hardman Square for £91.7m from Credit Suisse Asset Management.
