The Life Channel takes Preston dockside office

The Life Channel, a specialist television company which broadcasts health-related shows directly into GP's surgeries, has relocated to Maritime Way in Preston's docklands.
The 7,788 sq ft office was previously let to Heals Day & Nite stores. The Life Channel has taken the property, owned by a private investor, on a 10-year lease for an undisclosed sum.
Robert Pinkus & Co acted for the landlord.
