TeleTech fills three floors of Argos void space at Arndale

Call centre outsourcing specialist TeleTech has taken 32,400 sq ft at Prudential's Arndale House office tower in central Manchester.

TeleTech has taken three floors in the building that were previously occupied by Argos when it surrendered its lease as part of relocation to Liverpool.

TeleTech will create 150 jobs when it moves into the Arndale and follows deals in the past eight months to Sainsbury's for its human resources department and IT company Xansa, who each took two floors of former Argos space.

Argos had occupied ten floors and the latest deal means only two floors remain.

The quoting rent is £14.50/sq ft.

Andrew Gardiner at DTZ acted for Argos. Jones Lang LaSalle advised Prudential.
