Sutton Kersh has secured 94 lots for its October auction at the Marriott Hotel in Liverpool, including a grade 2-listed six bedroom home.
Olive Mount Villas is a semi-detached property in need of refurbishment, off Mill Lane in Liverpool. It is being offered at a guide price of £125,000 and has already attracted plenty of interest, according to the auctioneer.
Meanwhile, an extended five bedroom Victorian semi on Olive Grove in the Wavertree area of Liverpool is available for £165,000.
A vacant listed detached two-storey lodge within the grounds of the grade 2-listed Allerton Hall in Woolton is available. The property is being offered on the instructions of Liverpool City Council at a guide price of £150,000.
A three-storey plus basement building in Bootle is among the commercial stock on offer. The property on Strand Road currently provides office space and would be suitable for immediate occupation. It may also suit residential conversion, subject to planning. The guide price is £80,000.
