Two more retailers are to join Waitrose at the 40,000 sq ft Stamford Brook Shopping Centre, on Broadheath in Altrincham, taking it to fully let.
Independent optician, H&H Eyecare, signed a 15-year lease to take 1,000 sq ft independent. Tanning and beauty supplier, Tan 365, took another unit on a 10-year lease.
These units adjacent to the Waitrose store complete the letting of the retail units on this new and increasingly popular shopping parade.
