Sisk picks up Warrington office for regional base

The District Estates, represented by Savills, has sold the freehold of a self-contained office building at Ibis Court in Warrington to Sisk Marlin Developments.

Contractor John Sisk & Son will occupy the 8,300 sq ft property, known as Unit 4 Ibis Court, as its North West base.  Ibis Court is part of the established Centre Park scheme, with nearby occupiers including Optionis, KLS Law and Usdaw.

Sisk also has a base at MacLaren House on Talbot Road, Old Trafford, which Place North West understands it will be keeping to service Manchester projects

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, said: “Unit 4 Ibis Court was an ideal solution as an investment for Sisk Marlin Developments and for John Sisk & Son as occupier as it offers high quality business space with excellent motorway connectivity and within walking distance of Warrington town centre.

“The range of leisure amenities in the surrounding area also enhanced the property’s appeal.”

Savills and BE Group acted for Chester-based District Estates. Measures & Co advised Sisk Marlin Developments.
