Royal London markets former Rolls-Royce factory

Royal London Asset Management has brought the former turbine factory in Atlantic Park, Knowsley, to market as a 221,000 sq ft industrial warehouse.
RLAM retained GVA Grimley as letting agent on the shed, which will be branded Big FT2.
Jonathan Atherton, industrial agent at GVA Grimley, said: "Big FT2 offers a specification which will suit manufacturing, engineering and distribution companies alike. It has excellent links to the M57 motorway and the Port of Liverpool and will be available on competitive leases."
Big FT2 has land for expansion alongside the shed. Sulzer Pumps took 90,000 sq ft of industrial space at Atlantic Park at the end of 2008.
