The serviced office giant has taken space on the second floor of Vanguard's Lowry Mill in Swinton, Salford.
Regus has more than a dozen centres in and around Manchester, offering a range of "flexible, fully equipped space for individual co-workers, start-ups, SMEs and large corporations."
Steve Purdy, UK managing director of Regus, said: "We are committed to expanding our network in the North West, making business easier for our customers and helping them grow flexibly and cost-effectively.
"Lowry Mill is within easy reach of the M60 motorway, and the superbly refurbished building is likely to attract a wide variety of business people from those looking to touch down for an hour, meet and co-work to those seeking a permanent base for their growing business."
Lowry Mill property manager, Mike Lamplough, added: "The multi-million pound refurbishment of Lowry Mill has transformed the building into a highly attractive, unique location for business, just 20 minutes from Manchester city centre. We are delighted to welcome Regus customers and look forward to witnessing their contribution to Lowry Mill becoming a major hub for local enterprise and economic growth."
Regus has 300 business centres across the UK, and a global presence across 104 countries.
The company is also rolling out a new generation of workplaces – called Regus Express – designed to help people co-work or hold productive meetings outside of a traditional office environment, such as in motorway service areas or retail parks. The first Regus Express on the M6 opens at Sandbach South services later this year, and one is already open at Broughton Shopping Park in Chester.
