Refurb for National House

Grade 2-listed National House in Manchester city centre is being refurbished by landlord Kent County Council Superannuation Fund.

Currently vacant, the building on the edge of St Ann's Square comprises 22,000 sq ft of office space. Leases are being offered on self-contained suites of between 1,200 sq ft and 8,628 sq ft.

National House is expected to be ready for occupation in January 2014.

The landlord is represented by DTZ Investment Management.

Rob Yates, office agency director at DTZ, said: "We anticipate strong demand as the building offers occupiers a superb address and an excellent floor plate with fantastic period features."
