Redsun signs Evoke to Wirral International Business Park

Evoke Creative, a tech design and manufacturing company, has taken 30,000 sq ft within Redsun’s £5.5m Power Station development, currently under construction in Bromborough.

Evoke is based in Bromborough, and is expanding after securing new supply contracts to blue chip clients. The business specialises in interactive kiosks.

Redsun has let units four and five to Evoke on a 10-year lease at £5.75/sq ft, for use as warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

The 95,000 sq ft Power Station project includes seven industrial units and is being delivered at a five-acre site within Wirral International Business Park, acquired by Redsun from the Homes & Communities Agency in 2016. Portal Construction is on site, and the development is due for completion in summer 2017.
