Ralli appoints Potts as new head of business litigation

Manchester law firm Ralli has appointed David Potts as head of its litigation team.

Born in east Africa, Potts joins Ralli from Staffordshire-based Hacking Ashton, where he was head of dispute resolution and managing member.

Potts joins the business law division at Ralli and will oversee the day to day management of the eight-strong litigation team.

He has 22 years of experience as a qualified lawyer and is an active member of the Law Society, the Association of Partnership Practitioners and the Solicitors Assistance Scheme.
