QA relocates to St James

IT training provider QA has taken 20,000 sq ft of offices in Bruntwood’s St James’ building in Oxford Street, Manchester.

The 70,000 sq ft grade two-listed property has recently undergone a refurbishment on the eighth floor, which has original parquet flooring, exposed soffits and brushed steel radiators, along with views across the city.

Previously based in Bruntwood’s Westminster House in Portland Street, QA have decided to relocate its Manchester centre to Oxford Street after 12 years.

Mark Godfrey, marketing director at QA, said: “Our focus has always been on providing our customers with an unrivalled, world class learning experience and we believe Bruntwood is well placed to help us deliver this.”

Quoting rent at St James’ is £15/sq ft.
