Prospect GB brings office plot to market
Warrington-based developer Prospect GB has put a 4-acre site at White Moss Business Parkin Skelmersdale up for sale with a guide price of £1.5m.
Robert Pinkus & Co has been retained to market the land in Moss Lane, next to West Lancashire Technology Management Centre and West Lancashire Innovation Centre.
