Promotions at Turley

Planning consultancy Turley has promoted director Stephen Bell to office director in Manchester, replacing Dave Trimingham who has been appointed to the company's board.

Bell joined Turley in 2013 following 14 years in the GVA planning team in Manchester. Trimingham joined the firm in 2000 and has held the office director role for four years having also acted as office director in Leeds.

Bell said: "The move to Turley has been very positive. Our team is active across the North West and recent expansion of our services equips us well to respond to our clients' needs."

Trimingham said: "I am joining the Turley board at an exciting time. Our markets are recovering strongly and we are expanding and diversifying to ensure that we continue to deliver great client service. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary last year and have quickly turned our attention to planning for the future. Stephen's appointment is a key part of this."
